Over the last 12-18 months we have trialled and tested the below control, and would now strongly recommend the below configuration (we have a kit of parts should you need them).
The results have shown that the appliance will burn far more efficiently due to the high boiler temperature, the appliance also behaves much more like a "dry stove" Thermal Stores reach usable DHW temperatures more rapidly, and because of the improved combustion you should burn less wood for the same energy output.  Some users are expressing savings of over 10%
The kit is applicable to all boiler installation large or small in our range.
