Our lovingly restored, end of longere, stone cottage - renovated to the highest standard - is situated in a small, quiet hamlet, surrounded by farmland and unspoilt countryside. We are 21 miles from the ferry-port of St Malo, 10 miles from the beautiful, medieval city of Dinan and 10 miles from the nearest beach on our stunning coastline. Golfing, fishing and horse-riding can all be found nearby, and if you enjoy walking, there is a choice of coast, forest and lakeside to tempt you.
The south-facing, fully-insulated accommodation consists of an open-plan sitting/dining room with original oak beams and fireplace with a wood-burning stove. The integral kitchen includes electric hob, oven and extractor, automatic washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven. The open stairs lead to the bedroom with a king-size (5 foot) bed and the fully-tiled bathroom with bath/shower. The enclosed front garden is a sunny haven for eating 'al fresco' and you are welcome to sunbathe or play boules in the orchard.
The high season price of £250.00 per week includes bed linen with summer/winter-weight duvet, bath & beach towels, electricity, heating and logs (for cold weather). A gas BBQ and boules are available on request at no extra charge from the owners who live next door.
